Dude it went from .0002 to .0061, settling at .005. that's 3,000%. If you want to understand why the market isn't pushing this higher, try to understand the big picture. They just need to get a few more things done before the market takes notice IMO (get current with SEC filings is #1 priority IMO, Then announce news about certification itself).
