I don't care about it RIGHT NOW.
I don't care more about secondary income streams IN PLACE OF primary income streams.
First build the stores, then you build the rest of the brand. Disney didn't start as a t-shirt company then decided afterwards to build theme parks.
That is basic brand building, not something I came up with. I never said not to do auxiliary revenue streams.
I said not to do them before you have profitable stores to build the brand from.
The brand gets built off the foundation of profitable stores. Then you roll out franchises, food, clothes, and whatever else.
