Suffice to say, high agenda issues include: addressing the financial situation / needs, reviewing and
attempting to improve and expand content licensing relationships and optimization of businessterms and
initiating new monetization opportunities. Leveraging collective resources to launch new products (e.g.
24/7 UltraFlix linear TV channel) and pursuing strategically advantageous opportunities are also high on
