One thing I am confused about the 3 - 500 M Illegal NSS outstanding is if they started around the 3 - 4 cent range would it not behoove them to begin covering as early as they possibly can ?
TDBOWIEKNIFE has 10,000,000 NSS ..
To cover at .005 will cost him $ 50,000 to buy clean shares.
To cover at .02 will cost him $ 200,000 to buy clean shares
Am I missing something or is this how it works?
