For those commuting to the SHM from NYC without a car: bus service doesn't start until June 15, and you still have to take a taxi from the Metro North stop (Beacon) near Stewart. Shortline Bus, as far as I can tell from their website, doesn't leave early enough to get to Stewart by 10. Metro North might be the best option if you can't hitch a ride with another investor.
