lol good post Ben and you make a good point...USGlobal has an amazing opportunity to take market share from the legacy carriers by having a clean slate of service that people that have had a bad experience on other airlines, they will give USGlobal a chance. From what I can tell, airlines do not have a good track record for customer service. USGlobal has the chance to set the new standard of customer service and attract that business away from other airlines.
