My idea. Finish phase 2 for P, B-UP and B-OM. Assuming good results on all sell the company for cash plus shares of a new company that would hold the K asset plus all the other molecules we haven't worked on yet.
So BP gets the proven stuff. We get capital gains plus possible upside on new stuff + K. Of course the newco would be funded properly from the outset. I'm not a CPA so I don't know if this gets IRS approval
