Agree Kelt.  They would not move forward if the first dose gave them complications.  I would assume that it will not be too time consuming to measure tumors shrinking or testing for certain chemicals in or around the tumors.  The analizing of the data might take a little more time.  Statistics nowadays are a breeze.
