$NSAV big bids at .0010 in stalemate with .0011-.0012's. CEO very active on Twitter, 4 billion share buy back, end of June dividend pay out of 10% to shareholders in by June 1st. New website is very nice, international office with China, etc... They are doing very good things and are in the makings of being a very solid company provided the CEO delivers.
