a couple of decades ago, this was called a 504. you would merge into the shell, do a 1:10000 or a 1:100000 reverse split and destroy the shareholder reducing the outstanding shares to a few thousand. then you just issue new shares to who you want and run the stock to wherever you like. I miss the good old days. anyhow, that's how it used to be done, probably cannot do that now with enhanced regations.
