$4,800 per 10' x 10' increments
That's undoubtedly without displays, furniture, utilities, etc., so let's add $3,000 more to the booth rental.
Then hotels and transportation from Ohio to San Diego, along with salary for whoever goes to man the booth. Two people at least.
Let's add $7,000 more at a minimum.
Should they eat while they're there? San Diego restaurants aren't cheap. Perhaps just Taco Bell and Starbucks for five days would only be a couple of hundred.

The AACC is the premier vetting organization for diagnostic tests in the USA. Great news for the N-Assay to be accepted for presentation there.
