GOOD NEWS: I just called Scottrade. It's just a technical glitch from the OTC, has nothing to do with BLTA. OTC Markets is having some problems providing quotes for some companies (several hundred, actually) so it has nothing to do with Baltia. CRISIS AVERTED Lol....
