Just my thoughts but I wouldn't think the debt holder would agree to this considering how long it will take for them to sell all these shares under these restrictions unless they believed the company was expected to grow its revs and along with it the pps. I doubt many debt holders agree to such a long term deal but I could be wrong. Looking forward to Q1
