Kiwa Bio-Tech First Quarter Results Announced

BEIJING and CLAREMONT, Calif., May 21, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCBB:KWBT) announced results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012.

There were no revenues recorded for the three months ended March 31, 2012 or the three months ended March 31, 2011. The net loss attributable to Kiwa shareholders for the first quarter was $349,355 and $476,639 respectively.

During the three months ended March 31, 2012, related parties including the Chairman and other corporate officers advanced over $110,863 to the Company.
