BTW, I just spoke with HQ.
The information is due out today, latest tomorrow. The lawyers are just dotting the i's and crossing the t's.
Since this is a SPECIAL SHM.....and NOT the ANNUAL SHM, certain rules (like 30 day rules) do not apply.
Rest assured, HQ is on it and the materials will go out with plenty of time for you to fill out the proxy and either mail, e-mail, fax, or hand carry them to the SHM.
