I'm not sure I'm following what you mean. If hjoe could make them all go away with the writing of one check then why not do it. I don't know what's happening within hjoe but dragging this on just so toxic lenders spend more money on attorneys really doesn't seem like a very good strategy. the lesson will be taught when hjoe comes back and shows revenue and growth. Everything else is a non issue. But like I said I have no clue to what they're thinking in respect to these lenders.
