I hope they start construction on the NorCal location before they even think of franchising. It's not good to franchise too soon. They need to make their current stores profitable before they think of franchising. If they start franchising now, they shoot themselves in the foot.

Just one location, continue to fine tune business operations and only after that can they franchise, when the business is profitable.

Everyone is calling for franchising now, it's too soon.
