I agree Ragz, if they purposely drive stock down for a reverse merger to screw shareholders, it would be tied up in court for years. on the other hand, letting it drift lower due to preferred coming due, is not out of line. The conspiracy theories are getting a bit crazy. it's a small otc stock, enough ready. They they either get their act together in 2017 or most likely we all move on. whatever at this point
