That post was from someone on the other board who has indicated that he has a contact that works for Merrill Lynch, and his contact has access to limited inside information about OWCP either through an overseas office contact or another source.

Not sure but the poster doesn't seem to be one to over-exaggerate in his posts or bash the stock. Take it for what it's worth.
