Prove that the Mafia is a criminal organization.........

Occasionally the opportunity comes along prosecute someone who has Mafia ties in a criminal act.....

But can you really prove the entire Mafia is a criminal organization because of that one persons crime ? ?

Kind of the same thing. What is happening is not only criminal, but is being covered up buy folks who are suppose to be policing it, in exchange for the perpetrators of the crime policing the OTC.

Unless perpetrators are really dumb, you will never find proof of that.

There is the occasional prosecution of a case for show purposes, a small "cost of doing business" fine is levied on the offender, and then it goes back to business as usual.

I'm afraid until the laws are changed, this is how it's going to be.........
