I personally don't think rich is scamming shareholders. That doesn't mean the stock is going to succeed either. He has a long history of failures and I think he did what he felt he had to do in order to keep going. He had a very ambitious dream and now he finally has a winner. Unfortunately the stock now has to pay for his past failures. Hopefully moving forward the stock can overcome the failures but no one knows for sure. Maybe more shares will have to be converted for the bellissima acquisition. Maybe we will get a surge in volume around financials. It's all an educated gamble, no one knows for sure where this is going.
