It's up to NTGL to get their act together and from what I've heard they are doing just that. When the funding is complete and the filings are in order you can expect some very good news but until that time it's a wait and see proposition unfortunately.
I know some people who have dumped a ton of money into NTGL all of whom are as anxious as you. A little more patience and you may start to see some rewards.
