The only thing that they have to use is The Honorable Henry Kleins dismissal of something. Not even Treaty related.

BTW investors ..... Henry Klein is not Treaty's attorney nor has he ever been. He represents the old crew now charged with fraud. And most likely will settle if not be dismissed.
