First off, Medmar is MIA. They need approval in each state that they want to sell in or process in. MD and PA are nix as far as can be determined. So the search goes on for MedMar to get a license in states that are approved. That's the way it works in the US.

Emilia, who knows. The contract was that OWC provides the cannabis formula to their specs and Emilia would make the cream and distribute it. This may have changed since the efficacy results are near.

As for the R&D, remember that the Israeli gov is helping with some of the cost. Not published, but never the less it is there.

Four PT employees? Who cares as long as they reach the goal initially put forth. If not, then Mordachi must kick butt or get others in that will reach the goal.
