just me but i don't see NF coming back on line until after the MOU converts to a DA (PO)
when i reference multiple paths .. my take is NF and the blending site can still be sold ...
tho' every indication (last Update from Dec 2016) is that intent re: blending site is to lease
because P2O can locate/place one of the 2 processors (4 and 5)in a site in NYS
and another in one of the southern locations .. RH has referenced since 2015
NF isn't needed per se ..
as for multiple MOUs .. just me perhaps but imo *linear* thinking allows for only one focus at a time
which is why i'm so curious as to what is entailed in the next Shareholder Update
it's almost May .. which brings with it .. the Q and the deadline a week or so later
i find it interesting that RH has agreed to extend this MOU since last November
after his handling of ECO's time line ..
bottom line is RH always has options .. unfortunately his skill set re: communication
leaves a lot to be desired imo ..
i don't see that changing until those ancillary material events RH himself noted
in 2016 .. are actually implemented
which is why i keep noting (and have for months) that this next Update (PR)
is the most important of RH's tenure as CEO
.. i note the days/weeks and months that get ticked off
and bring us closer to conclusions of what presumably will come to pass
