So I threw out a $0.69 bid last night after the close, hoping to get some cheap shares first thing this morning. CDEL does have a block at the $0.69 bid, but ARXS have a 1k bid at $0.6901! I'm showing that some shares were traded at $0.69, but my order is still open. MM also stands for Market Manipulation...Methinks!
