Never happy to hear somebody is losing their job. J&J however is at every move scaling back in a concerted effort to exit the sector. They have read the writing on the wall. Backed into the corner they still attempt to throw a punch in defence but they are rarely hitting their target. This can only be good for DECN in the long run.
Just a global speculative perspective. Not sure how long we will need to wait but I'm ready when it happens.
