Jan mention that it is planned for the first golf course to be built EAST of the main road. Until I see the actual design I will withhold judgement however I think most golf course architect will realize with this type of property the need to extend holes down towards the ocean and build a few signature holes on the ocean.

Signature holes are the holes that are most pictured to position the resort in print and digital advertising and they create value all on their own. However Jan has to choose whether to give up immediate oceanfront $$ lots to do so. Golf course lots set back a couple hundred yards from the ocean are really just as valuable. I hope the architect can convince Jan of this but ultimately it is up to Jan.

So here's hoping that 6 holes are built WEST of the main road on that first golf course.
