There is nothing standing in the way of NTEK for sure now.

David Foley nor the present CEO[Ivan Gulas] has never been indicted for any wrong Doings with this stock.

This Stock right now is a "SHORTS" Nightmare.

I have never seen any posting[Publicly Released Link]here that said NTEK has lost a lawsuit to anyone, anywhere.
