PTOI is Heddle's back burner project. He's got Heddle Marine going...and PTOI, oddly enough, offsets the financial side of things via HM. This thing has been in the red a while...not a terrible thing in the macro view.

Think I would be a little uptight if I were one of those group of investors who just coughed up 100K....600K....fighting the good fight with no word... I'm sure he's got some folks breathing down his back...

but yeah...waiting until the last second with this extension...the THIRD one......is not what I had in mind. He needs to bust out here.
