One question, how the hell do you grandfather FTD's? Not only can that not happen but first they have to be found. There was one company that I remember the DTCC getting involved in and literally reversed millions of shares that were traded in a morning. It was an OTC. Seeing this action was actually incredible. I was lucky I had sold the day before but was planning a flip but it gapped up too much so I was on the sidelines when the halt came. I'll see if I can find some of the conversations and news on it. It was some time ago. So how can they identify these FTD's and get them off the street? I believe the company can go straight to the DTCC even if they have to halt trading their stock for a couple days. Okay, so now I'm over my head or it's time for more coffee. Clearly I need to learn more.
