Nah, again, false equivalence. Sometimes there really is fact provable over fiction.

Put even in the 'softer realm' of opinion there are points that can be soundly made.

For example, I recall during the judge Gorsuch hearings that he argued, like many conservatives often have, that a judge should not first decide on the result he wanted and then bend the law to effect that result.

You would think that the lawyers writing The Trump Administrations executive orders...Mulsim ban and sanctuary cities defunding.....might first read, better read, the Constitution instead of placing their desired result ahead of that reading.

Or just hire better f*cking lawyers from better f*cking law schools to write, or advise against writing, those thus far pathetically unpersuasive arguments.
