The NSS has been proven by an insider who's life was once threatened due to NSS in another company he was involved with. The guy is an expert at spotting the effects of NSS and it's impact on shareholder value. There are estimates of 300mm +/- shares. FINRA and the DTCC will be all over the share structure as soon as TECO complies with the SEC'S requests. No borrowing, then no shares to sell equals huge penalties for the hedgies and some will be put out of business! Mark this post!
