They put that $7.50 limit on in hopes you will not restrict those shares from being lent out. The game is rigged to be sure. I give you credit for locking them up, I was able to do it at Etrade at $20.00 but feared locking up the ones I have at Fidelity lest they be grabbed by Fidelity on news. Go CTIX!!!
