Questions about the R/S:
Keep in mind, Tony worked on Wall Street. He knows the ins and outs of stock buying, selling, options, reverse splits, etc......and that is why WE SHAREHOLDERS are just voting ON the reverse split and NOT when it will occur.
Day by day, Tony has his finger on the pulse of this company. He will bring the BOD together and initiate the R/S when the time is right. He knows very well that a R/S...if not properly timed...would be detrimental.
But also keep in mind that the R/S is absolutely necessary to move this company to the next level and get USGL out of "penny-land".
USGL with much less outstanding shares and trading at a much higher pps will attract a hell of a lot more attention from a hell of a lot more serious investors.
