Definitely decide for yourself, but remember OWCP has spent some time in upper $1's, $2's, and briefly $3 area.
The rise to $3.23 happened the day it was revealed they were included on the Argosphere ETF and had a PR about the Wall Street Conference.
So much better news since and more, presumably, coming... I'll be baffled if we don't see beyond $3.23 again.
Various chart people have said $4.00 to $5.00+ on next big run based on the technicals.
