I've just been saying we SHOULD see a new 52-Week HIGH by mid-May if the OTC makes any sense at all.
The run to $3.23 was short lived and maybe premature... The kind of news/updates by mid-May SHOULD warrant a PPS beyond $3.23 with new, much higher lows than we've seen recently.
As OWCP continues to prove they're more reality than hype, should also keep the price higher too.
