Bashers have zero info other than the bullshit arbitration with St george. Making it a much bigger deal than it is. GIGL default this, GIGL default that, is all the bashers have to say. Occasionally they will slander the CEO or make up some bullshit lie to scare newbs but the SEC is definitely watching their bullshit.
