I can speak on behalf of just under 1.4 billion "votes" (92 million of those votes are based on Preferred shares).......we will all be voting YES and YES.
....and for that matter, the top 14 shareholders hold over 50% of the shares, and they have all unanimously agreed to vote YES and YES.
The name change and the reverse split WILL happen.
Oh....and BTW....I am once again able to post on the other board................
