picon - I hope your right. But for some reason I think it breaks down this way. The sale was for 100,000,000 million shares. The shares Cen Bio had was 7,000,000 if I'm not mistaken. Then I think it's as simple as division. 100,000,000 divided by 7,000,000 = 14.2857143 per share.

I'm probably wrong somewhere as you're a very smart man picon. So I'm waiting for the responses.
