BVTK: Hey Sheepwolf. Trying to learn here. I see some people suggesting that because they see the market maker MICA on L2 for BVTK, it is significant and could mean a higher pps. One person said that MICA was on L2 before OWCP had its huge breakout. In your opinion, is there any truth to this? Thanks in advance!
