Just for those who are not familiar with the area, you will get the best rates going in LGA, but traffic is very uncertain, with no/light traffic 1.5 hours. Bradley is probably 45 minutes to Stewart. Usually not much traffic. Albany, not sure of the travel time, but won't hit any traffic/

Then if you have the money, white plains is the closet.
