What TD's "opinions" are will be inconsequential to where TECO is heading. The shorting crew lost and the stock will trade again. I've conversed with too many of the majority shareholders not to know better. The funds will be raised if not already. I've been in this game for too long not to know better. I have nothing to lose by taking either side so I'm being completely biased in my opinions. Or are they facts? The Ihub crew can think about that! The SEC has ruled and TECO will trade again once they meet the SEC'S criteria.
