Some mis-info about BIEL needs to be corrected.
Biel owns ZERO assets--No patents, Inventory, equipment or the 100% rights to ActiPatch. NOTHING but the debts.
IBEX a company owned 100% by Kelly Whelan owns thew whole shebang.
You can't short this stock--a false belief by newbie traders.
The financing is 100% by TOIXIC'S with conversion rights--as are ALL the loans from IBEX.
Fully exercised it would amount to OVER 25 BILLKION Shares outstanding.
Every fact save "you can't short" is contained in the 2016 BIEL Annual Report pages 9-11. Oh and take a peek at Note #3-- the AUDITORS.
This company is technically insolvent.
As to shorting--just try to find a broker to short--that is the best way to convey the answer--the long explanation is too complicated for most penny stock traders to fathom.
