Share Structure updated at otcmarkets.com by company recently after nearly 2 years of no announcements - "something is up" for sure.
Authorized Shares: 4,000,000,000 a/o Mar 31, 2017.
Outstanding Shares: 3,903,688,107 a/o Mar 31, 2017.
Extremely "thin" for a stock that is currently in the .000x range - could easily make an "INCC type" move to .01+ depending on positioning of any remaining bagholders - not likely to be many as most iHubbers are just too impatient are probably sold for a tax loss either at end-2015 or end-2016 depending whether they wanted "short term" or "long term".
