I, Here By, on Public Notice....will Pay You Directly....Out of my personal funds the sum of $1867.00 for the entire balance of your 56 Mil/Shs. I will stand by my offer as a man of my word, to prorate it for you for a lesser or higher Share Count....All or Nothing.
The Offer is for your Certificates directly and as such, must be handled through your Broker, ( I utilize TD Ameritrade...). Funds can be deposited directly into your brokerage account.

( Actually, I will stand behind This Offer for anyone currently....For Certificates through Brokerage......If TPAC goes Dark.....This Offer would have looked like a better way to recoup something........ better that a total loss.......!!!!!!...)
