ORRV Interesting post i found on ihub.

question? can this become $1.57 per share?????

AS OF FEB 2017 – WE SEE HEAVILY INSIDER OWNED

It is very easy to see that the company is heavily owned by McCusker, we know this from filings and DD.
Published in Feb 2017 we were able to see that

He has 1,000,000,000 shares of the 1,469,350,511 shares (OS)

Very Easy, DO THE MATH:

1 billion shares DIVIDE BY 1,469,350,511 = 68% INSIDER OWNED

With that being said, that would put us at a float of

1,469,350,411
1,000,000,000

469,350,411 shares in the float

As of the date of this Information Statement(published Feb 2017), there are 1,469,350,511 shares of the Company’s common stock issued and outstanding.

During the preceding two (2) years, the Company has issued the following securities:

On October 27, 2016, the Issuer issued 1,000,000,000 (One Billion) shares of our common stock to Barton Hollow, LLC as consideration for anticipated services rendered and costs associated with the corporation.

Subsequently, on February 15, 2017, Barton Hollow transferred those shares to Willard L. McCusker

see below:

\

Now,
as of lately, I know the consensus is that McCusker is raising money, and rightfully so, as the money can be used to finalize this merger process, get current on the OTC, and change the ticker to $MCCU

it also has been announced that the A/S is 5 billion

the number that we seem to be searching for is where can the float be?

since March 21st when the volume spike was created we can see the huge amount of volume

March 21 volume - 73,969,000
March 22 volume - 41,094,200
March 23 volume - 52,607,000
March 24 volume - 60,834,300
March 27 volume - 59,565,800
March 28 volume - 100,002,896
March 29 volume - 86,697,104
March 30 volume - 173,333,696
March 31 volume - 109,946,200
April 3 volume - 102,306,896
April 4 volume - 178,891,296
April 5 volume - 41,932,700
April 6 volume - 48,475,469
April 7 volume - 47,630,600
April 10 volume - 164,976,600
April 11 volume - 102,882,896
April 12 volume - 32,305,300
April 13 volume - 727,613,229
April 17 volume - 260,590,208
April 18 volume - 307,577,984
April 19 volume - 346,610,496
April 20 volume - 92,822,096
April 21 volume - 502,646,741

3,715,312,707 in total VOLUME (3.7 billion shares traded)

previously the float was 469,350,411

from the 3.7billion shares most likely the shares that have been sold by VNDM are the ones that have been added to the float

there has been estimates that another 400million could be added to the float

this would put the float at roughly

869,350,411 shares (Still under a billion)

lets say,
it was more then that,

lets say the float went to 1.2billion (which is exaggerative)

this is still a respectable enough float for this to run to multiple pennys provided the DD does get confirmed

GOING CURRENT,
NEW TICKER,
seeing ALL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS of ALL NINE SUBSIDIARYS

if the informative websites are true that this is a 50million REVENUE company
and if the conference call was accurate today where they announced another 4 MILLION in revenues

without any factoring of growth at an 800million float

we would be looking at a

50,000,000 / 800,000,000 = .0625

6.25 cents per share

and that is NO ANTICIPATION of FUTURE REVENUES or CASH FLOW

can it trade 20 to 25 times REVS?

20 times .0625 equals $1.25 PER SHARE

25 times .0625 equals $1.57 PER SHARE
