I agree that there is a lot of bad blood between the companies but the bashers , day traders, shorts, or jnj are not going to bring the company down. They lost the fight, they just don't know or want to admit it yet. They used the tried and true sue into oblivion technique but underestimated the resolve of DECN. Once the quarterly revenue starts growing into 7 digits, which is starting to happen this year, it's going to be a hard case to talk the price down. I would avoid selling the company right now because it's irrationally priced wait and build the sales unless the offer is 200 million or more.
