I don't understand why everyone is so worked up over what will amount to 1million - 3 million shares being issued to St George.

If the company was able to issue 3 million shares in a private placement right now.. everyone would be jumping up and down excited that they had funding to execute on their plans.

I'm walking away from the boards for the rest of the weekend. Maybe common sense will kick in by Monday.
