Is anyone concerned about the the last toxic noteholder who has yet come to the table to negotiate? What if they fail to come to an agreeement? Could millions of shares be converted? Maybe this is why the PR put out by Rich did not mention if the shares of the note holders were restricted since he did not settle with the last note holder.....
